Job description
  • Newly created role responsible for £1+ million spend and recruiting over 20,000 supporters a year
  • Responsible for a product range including regular giving, lottery, raffle, cash and in-memory
  • Line management of one person
  • Management of agencies
  • Responsible for annual budget planning and reforecasting to ensure targets are hit
  • Working on new products and launching them to market
Person specification
  • Strong supporter acquisition/recruitment experience from individual giving or direct marketing programmes
  • Ability to strategically develop products and think creatively around acquisition
  • Line management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Able to come up with ideas and with the drive to make a positive impact
