About the charity/role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will look to manage current fundraising activity (largely focussed on corporate partnerships) while leading the development and delivery of a clear fundraising strategy, focussed on high value partnerships/relationships globally.

As Senior Partnerships Manager you will work closely with the CEO and programme staff to identify new funding opportunities in key geographies including, but not limited to, Europe, US and the Middle East.

Currently the organisation benefits significantly from one large corporate partnership (and a number of smaller relationships) but there is an appetite to broaden this and increase both the level of support and number/diversity of partners.

Long term there is ambition to incorporate major donor and trusts/foundations support to establish a well rounded high value fundraising function – internally there is understanding that these relationships take time to establish and secure.

Person specification

As Senior Partnerships Manager you will:

  • have international fundraising experience – focussed on high value sources
  • have experience of developing and delivering high value fundraising strategies
  • be an experienced fundraiser with expertise of corporate partnerships and/or major donors/trusts and foundations
  • have a passion for global health issues and be willing to travel internationally (post-Covid)

The deadline for applications is Monday 7 December, please get in touch for further details.
