This leading health charity has significantly invested in its corporate partnerships team, and as a result is bringing in two brand new roles – Senior Managers focused on developing new business across a range of specific sectors. The pipelines and sectors have been carefully considered, graded and condensed to a workable, aligned list with heaps of potential. One of the roles will focus on finance, professional services and insurance, in which there are some decent conversations in the pipeline already. The other portfolio will be tech, telecomms and utilities, which holds great potential for truly strategic fit on both sides.

There are really exciting ways in with big brands here, including:

  • A national campaign reached 70% of the population last year – in its first year! – and the corporate team is developing a proposition around this campaign
  • Engaged and enthusiastic trustee board and senior volunteers
  • New exciting developments in the charity’s services are particularly attractive to corporates

These roles would suit somebody who:

  • has significant experience securing 6- and 7-figure partnerships
  • is motivated to join a newly established, enthusiastic and supportive team to continue and increase their corporate partnerships success
  • is strategically minded, able to plan the journey of their portfolio and feed into team strategy

Benefits include:

  • Encouragement of flexible working including hybrid office/home and compressed hour options
  • 25 days annual leave, rising to up to a max of 31 days
  • Options for financial support for continuing education
