The Careers & Enterprise Company

£50,000 - £65,000

About the organisation/role

QuarterFive is delighted to be supporting a national body who’s mission is to help every young person to find their best next step. A key focus for the organisation has been their Careers Hubs with more than 3,000 established in schools and colleges. They have seen significant success and aim to continue this momentum and roll out further Career Hubs nationally.

To support this ambition, they have created the Strategic Business Engagement team who will focus on developing strategic relationships and increasing employer engagement with young people. The Senior Manager is a brand-new role that sits within this ambitious, collaborative team and will lead on engaging businesses and developing opportunities for funding collaboration, commercial offers and the adoption of Employer Standards.
