About the role

This national youth homelessness charity has a fantastic corporate portfolio, and they are looking for someone to head up all of their account management activity for 12 months.

It is an impressive team of 5 generating £2m+ (possibly more due to upcoming new business activity), with partners including financial institutions, hospitality and fashion brands. The portfolio is a complete mix from strategic to COTY activity.

The charity has a strong IG base, meaning that corporate is able to set up strategic, restricted partnerships without the pressure of alleviating base costs.

Job description
  • Leading a team of 5 (direct line management of 2 Account Managers)
  • Personally lead on the larger, more strategic relationships for the charity
  • Providing guidance and insight for team as they aim to make the most of their relationships
  • Strategic oversight of the overall portfolio
Person specification
  • Someone who has significant account management experience and is keen to step into a leadership role
  • Someone who has existing management experience and wants to take on a bigger team
  • A strategic thinker, able to work collaboratively with new business to future-proof the portfolio
