This is a brilliant opportunity to step up and manage an executive and own the entire sector of financial services – the most profitable and well-connected at this charity.
The charity has a great background with financial services, as well as fab connections through the CEO and other partners. As such it is the highest profile, with the most opportunity than any other sector for corporate fundraising.
The pipeline is good and the connections are warm, so what this post needs is someone highly proactive and ambitious who will be able to take existing and/or warm approaches and turn them into brilliant partnerships.
The big COTY with retail banks tend to have been saturated by the team already, so this role will concentrate much more on strategic partnerships, and likely from things like investment banks, insurance, private equity etc.
The partnerships will be 6-fig+, and each year the post-holder will be expected to bring in c. £600k in total.
- Demonstrable experience of having won big partnerships (6-fig+)
- Ability and experience to be a role model within the team. As a senior manager you will be one of the most experienced members of the team
- Ability to lead the biggest new business sector with confidence and gravitas; it is high profile internally
