An exciting time for the charity as they launch a new fundraising strategy and a new fundraising director has just joined the organisation. Individual giving is a key part of the strategy, this new role for the charity will play a key part in achieving fundraising aims via the recruitment of new supporters.

Job description

  • Responsible for all acquisition activity across traditional channels including DRTV
  • Management of an expenditure budget of circa £4 million with more investment secured
  • Working with the head of supporter acquisition and another senior manager to ensure 50,000 supporters recruited each year
  • Management and development of a team of 3

  • Experienced individual giving professional with expertise in acquisition
  • Complex budget management experience
  • Line management experience and enjoys develop a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical and data insight abilities
