About the charity/role
In this role you will lead on relationship building across your region, as well as providing management support and guidance to two other regional managers.
We are looking for someone with experience of one or more fundraising income streams out of: community / regional fundraising, mass participation product fundraising, challenge events management, regional corporate fundraising, and student engagement.
You will also have experience of strategic planning within a fundraising remit, be confident setting budgets, and have a track record of growing income and proposing effective corrective action when necessary. You will be experienced at building relationships with donors and volunteers as well as internal staff.
We are looking for experience in the following:
- Raising income from fundraising (either community, events, corporate, or regional income streams)
- line management, ideally of remote staff, with a commitment to developing and supporting staff
- budgets and databases
- strong volunteer management and development experience
- relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
This is a home based role with an expectation to travel extensively. You will need to have a UK driving license and access to a car.
