Appointed CRM Strategy Consultant

Productle

Productle is a growing consultancy dedicated to empowering social good and helping charities do better with their data. They specialise in guiding charities, universities, schools, and social enterprises to maximise the potential of their data and systems.

Our mission is to help make charity data sparkle. To do that, we need colleagues who sparkle.

At the heart of Productle’s mission is working with data and their clients’ senior staff on their strategy, systems, people, and technology. They seek someone with the curiosity to figure out what a director needs, the sophistication to develop plans and the skill to play that back.

Productle are a relatively new organisation but are a supportive, positive and life-friendly place to work. There are huge opportunities to change how data is leveraged in charities, and to get there they need talented, passionate colleagues who’ll enjoy helping charities reach their full potential.

They have a small and supportive team of around ten consultants and several associates who have all worked for charities and love the challenges they face. The team are passionate about helping charities and not for profits use their data and systems to make a positive impact on the world.

Productle consultants bring decades of experience in areas such as fundraising, CRM analysis, application development, data analytics, and global software deployment. They have worked with charities of all sizes, from small organisations like Scene & Heard to national entities like Crohn’s and Colitis UK, Beat Eating Disorders, Christian Aid, and Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Their services cover “day-to-day” support: managed services to help maintain or temporarily support CRMs, and projects to help with significant change such as supporting integrations, onboarding new departments or retiring older software.  As CRM strategy consultant, you will be the specialist in helping their clients improve their use of a wide range of CRM technologies.

Productle are looking for a CRM Strategy Consultant to join their team. If you have a deep understanding of CRM technologies and a love for solving complex data challenges, we want to hear from you!
