Job description

The role will include:

  • managing an existing portfolio of donors, ranging 4- to 6-figures
  • building existing momentum in a growing team
  • work on building a new business pipeline – the charity has huge untapped potential through their existing database and connections in the corporate team and trustee board
  • work with their manager on a brand new events programme of cultivation and stewardship events
Person specification

This role would suit someone who:

  • is keen to build their major donor career within a professional and supportive environment
  • has existing experience of managing major donor relationships and wants to bring that to a portfolio with huge potential for growth
  • is ambitious and proactive, a self-starter who will use this attitude to grow with the philanthropy team
  • enjoys working collaboratively with their team, sharing leads and discussing portfolio ideas
