About the charity/role
Trusts and foundations fundraising accounts for c.65% of the Development Team’s income. As Philanthropy Manager you will play a vital role in managing established funder relationships while supporting the creation of new ones – expanding the portfolio to deliver against an ambitious fundraising strategy.
While this role doesn’t have line management responsibility you will work collaboratively as part of a small team, effectively delivering against funder reporting requirements and establishing relationships with established and prospective funders.
Job specification
As Philanthropy Manager you will:
- have experience of trusts fundraising and a track record of securing significant funding
- have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships, at all levels
- be experienced in managing multiple and competing priorities to deliver against targets and deadlines
