Many patients have benefitted from their incredible care, ground-breaking newly-researched treatments and holistic approach to treatment.

The New Business Manager joins a £1.7m corporate partnerships team of 5, leading on a pipeline of high-value corporate prospects. This role will aim to secure partnerships worth £100k and above (or lower if clear future growth opportunities are available).

The team benefits from an exemplary corporate board, chaired by the CEO of a major bank; a stewardship team to aid creative materials; and a stories team who work with patients to demonstrate the personal impact a partner’s support can make.

Job description

As New Business Manager, you will:

  • Play a key part in delivering a £600k new business target (along with 2 other colleagues)
  • Maintain, grow and develop solicitation plans for a prospect pipeline
  • Develop £100k+ corporate partnerships
  • Work with the corporate board to follow up on leads and introductions
  • Ensure a smooth transition of partnerships to the Account Management team

Person specification

Ideal skills and experience:

  • Experience of developing corporate partnerships in the charity sector
  • Experience of taking income-generation partnerships through the full sales cycle
  • Evidence of successful income performance against targets and can report against budgets
  • A proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention-to-detail and the ability to problem solve and adapt
