Women’s rights | Flexible location | £42,000 to £44,700 | 10-12 months, part time considered
While funding for the next few years is secure for this charity, there is a need to develop a new business pipeline and warm relationships with a more diverse portfolio of funders, so that they are not over-reliant on their main funder when the contract comes to an end.
They have a pipeline of funders they have interacted with in some capacity, mainly in the policy space. They would like the Major Grants Manager to develop deeper relationships here, possibly putting in some smaller test bids to showcase how they work before asking for larger bespoke grants in years to come.
- Experience in US and/or European foundations, as this is where the charity sees the most opportunity over the next year
- Experience of taking a prospect and turning it into a donor would be useful
- Great at collaboration with staff members based globally
- Excellent bid writer and relationship builder
Deadline is Monday 16 November. Proposed start date of January, but we could look at slightly earlier if the successful candidate is not currently working. Part time also considered.
