Appointed Major Donor Manager

Little Village

At their heart, Little Village exists to make it as easy as possible for families to help each other. Little Village are a network of “baby banks” across London with hubs in Camden, Wandsworth, Brent, Hackney and Hounslow. They support local families dealing with challenging circumstances including homelessness, unemployment, low wages and domestic violence providing them with all the essentials they need.

Since their launch in 2016 they have fulfilled over 32,000 requests for support and provided £9.8m worth of items including clothing, books, toys, shoes, buggies, toiletries, and other essentials for babies. Their currency is kindness. They know from experience that everyone has times in life when they need help, and times in life when they’re able to offer help.

We are supporting them in their search for a Major Donor Manager to join their successful team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Fundraising, Chief Executive, and Senior Management Team to support with stewardship and expansion of their major donor portfolio to help the charity grow and reach more families in need.

This is a great opportunity to work with a small, developing team that has a lot of potential for growth and development. Little Village is a mission-driven organisation that places a strong emphasis on values.
