We are supporting them in their search for a Major Donor Manager to join their successful team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Fundraising, Chief Executive, and Senior Management Team to support with stewardship and expansion of their major donor portfolio to help the charity grow and reach more families in need.

About the role
As Major Donor Manager, you will:
- Responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and new HNWIs and philanthropists who can give five, six and seven-figure gifts working towards an overall team target of £2.3m
- Develop strategies for prospective supporters to generate significant income from the portfolio
- Collaborate with the trusts, corporate and individual donor fundraisers to ensure every relationship is maximised
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships
About you
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience raising funds from major donors at 5 and 6 figure level
- Experience developing compelling proposals and building brilliant funder relationships
- Ability to work autonomously
- Creative, relationship focused and proactive
- A demonstrable passion for the charity’s mission and values
