About the charity/role

As Head of Trusts, Foundations & Statutory you will be responsible for a small team who have a global remit for income generation (excluding the US) and some fantastic existing partners/prospects.

With a focus on unrestricted income and a personal pipeline of £1m+ prospects you will focus on significant partnerships and future growth.

For the maternity cover period some key priorities will include:

  • Managing a significant foundation partner where there is a strong existing relationship but potential to look after further areas they can grow and maximise whilst the current grant is being delivered. You will act as the coordinator and lead internally for this relationship to solidify preferred partner status and identify wider income generation opportunities;
  • The team has a healthy pipeline that you will be responsible for developing further – they’ve achieved exciting growth due to their focused strategy, doubling income over the last 2 financial years and are looking to continue this trajectory by developing further relationships;
  • Line management, retention and development of a small but mighty team who demonstrate lots of potential and expertise to grow income further;

A good working knowledge of designing and building internationally developed programmes would be beneficial.
