This is an extraordinary opportunity to spearhead London Youth’s fundraising efforts at a pivotal moment, backed by the unwavering support of the charity’s CEO and Trustees.
As the Head of Trusts and Foundations, you will lead their impressive trusts, foundations, and statutory income streams, generating over £3 million annually. You’ll be leading the charge in cultivating strong relationships with warm funders, ensuring an impactful stewardship journey that will inspire their continued support. But that’s not all – we need your strategic prowess to identify and engage new partners from a robust pipeline, broadening their reach and securing even greater resources for their vital work.
As the leader of a small, dedicated team, you will have the chance to shape and mould their grants portfolio, leveraging your expertise to develop and win funding for transformative projects. Your ability to rally and mobilise programmes teams will be key as you collaborate to craft compelling and innovative cases for support, ensuring the sustainable growth of projects and covering support costs. Pension – London Youth currently uses The People’s Pension as its pension vehicle and once you are eligible for auto-enrolment or opt into the scheme, London Youth will make employer contributions of 4% into the scheme on your behalf.
