  • You’ll play a key role in a new structure and approach that puts relationship fundraising at the heart of regional supporter engagement

Job specification:

  • Leads an established team of twenty-two (six direct reports)
  • Oversees income from events, in-mem, supporter led, regional community and regional corporate
  • Collaborates with peers across the organisation
  • Will build on the £3.4m income expected this year

Person specification:

  • Senior regional fundraising experience at a national charity
  • Strong budgeting and strategic planning skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to inspire and maximise team performance
  • Highly adept at working with stakeholders in a range of departments
  • Experience of integrated supporter engagement
