Job description

  • Responsible for public fundraising, comprising of Individual Giving, Legacy, Community and Database and Compliance. Income surplus of £1.5 million
  • Management of a team of 8, with 3 direct reports. Galvanise a relatively new team together and drive the function forward
  • Lead on budgeting for financial year 23/24
  • Upcoming GDPR project, lead and manage the workstream

Person specification

  • Experienced public fundraising professional, must have individual giving experience in both acquisition and retention
  • Will consider an experienced senior manager taking their first step into a head of level role
  • Collaborative style and be able to develop internal stakeholder relationship

Extra information

  • Part time working considered 3 or 4 days a week
