This role will play a vital role in a large and complex health charity. Working closely with the fundraising leadership team to inspire, support and deliver income.
Responsible for developing and executing their high value giving strategy, the successful candidate will have significant experience of relationship management and new business development to increase voluntary income or sales.
You will bring exceptional interpersonal skills and have the credibility and confidence to win support from decision-makers at the highest levels. You’ll inspire and motivate people internally and externally, and will have senior leadership experience in a fundraising or commercial environment. An understanding of how to prepare financial information, analyse, plan strategically and make evidence-based decisions will be essential.
With the fundraising and economic environment facing unprecedented disruption, you will be resilient, agile and able to work at pace and lead through ambiguity to identify and harness new strategic opportunities and partnerships.
