As a top 10 charity brand, this charity has a great existing portfolio of partnerships but they have ambitious plans to expand this further. With the brand recognition they have, expansion in strategic and commercial partnerships is possible and could be highly successful. The Head of New Partnerships will lead a team of six, directly managing four.
Leadership is key; it is important that someone leads from the front, getting out and about securing new business as well as being the Head of Corporate’s right hand person on devising and delivering the new New Partnerships strategy.
We are looking for someone who’s willing to tell it like it is, take risks, and make any strategic changes you see fit. This is a really great opportunity to genuinely make a role and team your own.
What we are looking for:
- Experience and track record in building a strong pipeline, developing new business strategies and winning high value transformational partnerships
- Someone who excels at winning COTY but is keen to spend time looking at the overarching partnerships landscape, developing commercial and strategic propositions as well
- A resilient, inspirational, tenacious and motivated team leader and line manager
