About the charity/role
The Head of Account Management will have strategic oversight of employee fundraising products, including an existing product which raises multi-million-pounds across a portfolio of clients each year.
Project management and analytical skills are crucial, as there will be analysis of existing products and innovation and development of new products.
This role will be high profile internally as the charity aims to become more consumer-focused as a whole.
For example, new mass participation events could be trialled as employee fundraising products initially, so there will be lots of internal liaison with other fundraising teams.
