About the charity/role

We are delighted to be partnering with a truly life changing organisation working with 150 wider organisations worldwide.

From Rwanda to California, they have changed the law to end female genital mutilation, engaged in humanitarian relief efforts in refugee camps and fought for a new bill to ban plastic straws.

As the largest girl-led movement in the world, they pledge to grow 10 million female leaders. Through a unique educational model and advocacy work, they create an environment where girls can use their voice and take action to change their world for better.

Following some changes and promotions within the charity, they are now looking to appoint two partnership specialists to drive new and existing relationships within a high performing team of four, working towards a target of £3m (750k from new income).

The existing partnerships are incredibly exciting, and they need keen relationship builders with a passion for the cause to develop engagement further, working closely with wider teams on the delivery of programmes and projects. The postholder will also need the skills and ambition to write proposals and pitch to senior stakeholders of potential new partners.

Both posts will work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive the wider corporate strategy, continuing the highly tangible results the charity has already achieved.

There is an opportunity for international travel, along with flexible working and other excellent benefits.

Person specification

  • Experience working within an international charity and/or working on international partnerships
