Head of Partnerships

Reporting to: Director of Partnership and Director of Strategic Engagement

Contract: PERMANENT, 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

Location: CENTRAL LONDON/REMOTE

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum

Purpose of the role

The Head of Partnerships will be the philanthropy expert at the Earthshot Prize, focused on building new strategic partnerships with corporate philanthropists, individuals and family foundations.

This key role will work closely with the CEO and other senior stakeholders to build and activate a new, high-value donor pipeline and develop a relationship fundraising strategy for the Prize.

This is a rare opportunity to lead on major, seven-figure partnership development in a high-profile, superbly networked organisation with a stellar network of existing supporters. You will have a voice across the organisation and work with senior stakeholders to shape the high-value fundraising strategy in line with organisational growth.
