Summary

We raise funds to help young people build lifelong belief in themselves, supporting them to take on their own challenges, follow their passions, and discover talents they never knew they had.

As the lead of a £1.5m team of seven, the Head of Corporate will oversee growth and development of the DofE’s corporate programme.

There is an exciting challenge ahead, with a brand new ambitious, enthusiastic team ready to hit the ground running.

There are new products and propositions that can be developed and taken to market, an overhaul of the current corporate structure, and a huge amount of growth potential.

About the role

  • Set the strategic direction for the corporate team for the next 3-5 years
  • Lead from the front and personally get out and about meeting new and existing partners
  • Develop and maintain their high-performing team, to continue exceptional account management and develop robust new business pipelines
  • Work cross-organisationally to develop new propositions to take to corporate audiences

About you

  • Immensely passionate about the charity’s work and empowering young people to become the very best they can be
  • Experience leading fundraising teams and driving high corporate fundraising performance
  • Enjoys personally fundraising as much as supporting and leading a team
  • Demonstrable skills in both account management and new business
