About the charity/role

A great opportunity to lead a multi-disciplined directorate which has rapidly grown over the last five years. As a member of the Executive Team you’ll report directly to the CEO as a key member of the leadership team.

You’ll have responsibility for delivering a new six-year fundraising and engagement strategy across fundraising, public communication and marketing. The role has 3 direct reports with wider team responsibility of over 20 staff.

Core responsibilities of the role include diversifying funding across new and developed income streams and maximising awareness of the organisation with key audiences through marketing and communications.

Key Requirements
  • Experience of delivering fundraising growth and managing fundraising income of £3m+
  • Demonstrable Executive Team experience
  • Knowledge and expertise across a spectrum of fundraising streams – incorporating high value and public.
