Lead on the stewardship programme and annual strategy for a major health charity, with a focus on retention and lifetime value.
We are working with the UK’s largest charitable funder of palliative and end of life care research. This charity offers a range of services including home nursing, hospice care, emotional support, and bereavement support. They have a team of nurses who provide care to patients in their own homes, allowing them to stay in a familiar environment while receiving palliative care. They also operate hospices across the UK where patients can receive round-the-clock care in a homely setting. In addition, the charity provides emotional support and counselling for patients and their families, as well as support for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one.

As the direct giving manager, you will work closely with the head of direct giving, managing a well-established team of three, which comprises of two direct giving fundraisers and a supply chain manager. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark and have autonomy in shaping the direction of stewardship programs and drive income through direct giving. This particular role will have a strong focus on stewardship but opportunities to work across all channels will be available. As a department, they actively facilitate experience across all products and channels.
