The Digital and Individual Giving Manager will oversee promotional initiatives across a diverse range of paid digital marketing platforms. Presently, this involves social media, search engines, and YouTube, with the possibility of incorporating offline platforms in the future. Collaborating closely with the Senior Digital and Individual Giving Manager, you will ensure the effective performance of the recurring donation program in meeting its objectives, thereby making a valuable contribution to their broader fundraising strategy of acquiring new regular donors and developing unrestricted and sustainable income.

About the role

As Digital and Individual Giving Manager, you will: 

  • Create and deliver regular giving acquisition campaigns using data-led insights to build innovative and effective propositions and conversion journeys, with a focus on excellent user experience and recruiting high quality, long-term donors with a budget of £650k
  • Lead on running monitoring campaigns as well as analysing and reporting on results, creating and testing new, data-led regular giving propositions based on audience research and results
  • Manage marketing campaigns across a variety of digital paid marketing channels including social, search and YouTube
  • Manage relationships with, external agencies, suppliers and partners (digital and direct marketing, telemarketing, technology, creative, web technical etc.)

About you

Ideal skills and experience: 

  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital, direct marketing and regular giving recruitment via paid marketing channels, with excellent campaign management skills
  • Analytically and numerically strong, and able to take an evidence-led approach to enhancing performance
  • Previous experience of using Meta Business Suite to create and monitor campaigns
  • Able to think creatively and produce new and relevant ideas to enhance support
