The charity’s fundraising income has seen excellent consistent growth. The database manager plays a crucial role in ensuring systems and process are effective to support that growth.

Job description
  • An exciting opportunity for an experienced Database Manager
  • Full responsibility for the supporter database (Raiser’s Edge)
  • Responsible for driving the effective use of data and the database to support fundraising
  • The role is critical in supporting the delivery of data management and fundraising strategy for the organisation
  • Provide training on best practice across the organisation
Person specification
  • Ideal candidate will have experience of managing a relationship database, preferably Raiser’s Edge, within a fast-paced fundraising/sales/customer-facing environment
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of data protection and GDPR
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent all round communication skills and thrives leading and being part of a team
