About the role
A team of 7 raising £4.5m, the team is excellent at maintaining partner relations, with many 5 year+ relationships in the portfolio.
A recent reshuffle of the team now has the first ever dedicated new business function, which will focus on both smaller cash partnerships and large, strategic, beyond-cash partnerships.
Job description
- Strategic leadership of a talented team of account managers and new business fundraisers
- Personally getting stuck into new business and senior-level account management where required
- Maintain team’s exceptional track record with account management and development, while pushing the renewed increase in new business activity
- Maintain and grow income of £4.5m
Person specification
This role would suit someone who:
- is a vibrant and inspiring leader
- enjoys both account management and new business and is happy to lead from the front on both of these areas
- has a keen interest in international development and/or humanitarian issues
- has a proven track record in leading successful corporate partnerships teams
