Corporate Development & Partnerships Manager

Serious

Serious is one of the UK’s leading producers of live jazz, international and new music events. Working with artists and partners from all over the world, they create world-class festivals, concerts, tours and special events including the EFG London Jazz Festival, the UK’s largest annual celebration of jazz.

The Serious Trust was established in 2012 to help give talented individuals the chance to reach their potential and support young people to change their futures through the power of music. The Trust exists to support projects that ensure everyone can grow through music and music-making (via their Creative Engagement programme); musicians can reach their full potential (via Talent Development programmes and residencies); and creation of innovative new music (including funding commissions to enable professional and creative development).

As Corporate Development and Partnerships Manager, you will join a small and highly supportive team, where you’ll be working closely with the Head of Development and Partnerships, for a music charity that delivers outstanding events. You will be provided with great opportunities to be creative and shape the role according to your interests and strengths, while also receiving training and support to enhance skills and knowledge.

To top this all off, you’ll receive year-round free access to concerts and events that Serious produces, ensuring you can fully appreciate the work Serious/you deliver!

We are keen to hear from those with a background in events, whether in the charity or private sector. Applications are also encouraged from Corporate Partnerships fundraisers who are looking for a step-up to manager level.
