We are looking for a Challenge Events Project Manager to lead on and maximise potential for a Charity of the Year partnership.

Job specification
  • Lead on maximising the opportunity from this partnership. The sporting event is yet to be publicly announced
  • Project manage by engaging and directing multiple internal stakeholders to give full commitment to the partnership. Ensure everyone knows their responsibilities and that deadlines are kept to
  • Report back and present on progress to the board and the COTY
  • Create a supporter engagement plan. Steward all supporters and be committed to accurate data entry
  • Work closely with the marketing team to publicise the message and develop on-brand materials to promote this partnership
Person specification
  • Challenge events experience and an understanding of supporter engagement and motivations
  • Strong project management experience with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and meeting financial and non-financial targets
  • Event management experience, including logistics on the day, and recruiting and coordinating volunteers and events staff
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills
