Opportunity to lead new business at a children's disability charity, working on long-term strategic, and COTY, partnerships.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join a successful team of five and develop new business at the five-figure level for a charity that supports young people with disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive and able to keep on top of conversations in the disability space and how this can inform partnerships. They will also be tenacious, able to go after new business and have a background in sales or new business fundraising. Creativity is key in this role, as the successful candidate must find ways to engage panels, boardrooms and staff forces.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up into their first leadership role and work for a charity with a fantastic culture, including very flexible working arrangements and weekly mental health and well-being checks.
